Before the Minuty pop-up wine bar opens on our summer terrace, we invite you to discover the story and distinctive flavours of one of Provence’s most celebrated wine estates.

The evening begins with a Minuty wine masterclass, offering an introduction to the estate’s history, signature style and renowned wines.

During the tasting, we will serve Château Minuty M, Château Minuty Prestige and Château Minuty 281, accompanied by a carefully curated selection of paired bites.

After the masterclass, the Minuty pop-up wine bar will open, inviting you to linger over a glass of rosé, enjoy the summer atmosphere and spend the evening in good company.

On the summer terrace, DJ Katherine Koppel will set the mood.
