• FREE one night stay will be offered after your 10th visit (standard room, offer valid up to 6 months)*;
  *Free night is not valid to gift it and does not extend to the calculation of 10 free nights;
  *discounts are subject to availability and are only valid when you book through Hedon SPA & Hotel directly.

HEDON FAN CLUB TERMS:

• Sign up to loyalty program is not mandatory;
• You are welcome to sign up to HEDON FAN CLUB after your 5th stay, counting your stays from 01.01.2017.
• All discounts are only valid when booked thru our sales department, hotel reception or our website; Free night stay can be redeemed after 10th visit, counting from the day you signed up to loyalty program HEDON FAN CLUB, in addition, all reservations must be made thru Hedon SPA & Hotel;
• HEDON FAN CLUB status and card are personal (your card cannot be shared with third parties) and discounts are valid up to 8 family members or 8 friends (the owner of the club card must make the reservation; Hedon SPA & Hotel has a right to refuse the discount if the club card is used by third parties).
• HEDON FAN CLUB card must be presented to service provider before placing the order or making the reservation (spa, restaurant and hotel);
• Loyalty card will be issued to new member personally; HEDON FAN CLUB loyalty card is also used as a room key; The club card is named and will be kept at hotel reception;
• Please let the reception know immediately if the card is lost or stolen. New card will be issued with an extra cost 5 eur;
• Please inform hotel reception about any changes of your data to ensure you receive the information about our latest offers and discounts.
• HEDON FAN CLUB discounts are not valid with any other discounts,accommodation packages, group menus, contract prices or special events, if Hedon SPA & Hotel has not announced otherwise;
