THE SILENT SPA
Silent Spa in Pärnu is a journey back to yourself – a peaceful ritual through water, warmth and silence. Here, the pace slows down, everyday noise fades away and there is time to simply be.
Silent Spa is a 3 hour ritual spa journey that you experience at your own pace. Silent Spa is open daily from 9.00–21.00, with new journeys beginning every hour. A ritual guide leads you through the saunas, baths and body care rituals. There is nowhere to rush – stay where you feel good and continue only when you feel ready.
On arrival, you will receive a ritual bag with body care products – foot bath salt, an exfoliating mask for the face and body, toner and body lotion. The bag is yours to take home. During your visit, you will also receive a Hedon spa robe and sauna towel, which are returned to the changing room when you leave.
Take time to rest between the rituals. Silent Spa has several relaxation areas, with refreshing water, Hedon herbal tea and apples waiting for you. Give yourself enough time for the journey, so there is no need to watch the clock.
Continue your journey only when you feel ready.

All hotel guests are welcome in the Bathing Area, including children from 8.00 to 17.00.
Two spa experiences in one visit
During your 3-hour Silent Spa visit, you can enjoy both the Silent Spa and the Bathing Area. On arrival, you will receive a wristband that allows you to move freely between the two areas – take your time with the rituals and silence, and enjoy the pools and saunas of the Bathing Area in between.
Silent Spa welcomes guests aged 16 and over. To preserve its peaceful atmosphere, the number of guests is limited to 12 women and 12 men at a time. New Silent Spa journeys begin every hour.
Silent Spa is not automatically included in your room booking. Access to the Bathing Area is included in your hotel stay, while Silent Spa must be booked separately for an additional fee.
