Start your day with a generous breakfast. Our breakfast buffet brings together carefully selected local ingredients and house-made favorites to create a delicious start to your morning.
Enjoy a selection including Hiiumaa smoked ide, Hedon’s homemade granola, Nopri curd cream, scrambled eggs made with free-range eggs from Perametsa Farm and fresh cream, artisan hams, Hedon’s signature seeded breakfast bread, grilled cheese from Mätiku Farm, fresh Mahlametsa juices, ice cream and a variety of breakfast favourites. You can also enjoy a glass of cava, while our coffee machines offer a wide selection of coffee specialties prepared with either regular milk or oat drink.
Breakfast is also available for guests who are not staying at the hotel.
