Our guests favourite, Slow Sunday welcomes everyone who appreciates memorable flavours, unhurried moments and the bliss of a truly relaxing spa experience.

Some Sundays are simply made for slowing down and enjoying the moment. Sleep a little longer, start your morning with something delicious and leave just one thing on your agenda for the rest of the day – to be present and give yourself permission to rest.
Your Sunday begins with Hedon’s generous breakfast, where freshly brewed coffee and memorable flavours are accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine. Afterwards, slip into your bathrobe, leave the everyday world behind and begin your Silent Spa journey.
Three blissful hours of water, warmth and tranquillity await. A warm foot bath and exfoliating ritual, the soothing heat of the saunas, Japanese bath, experience shower and the mineral-rich waters of the Mare Salis saltwater pool invite your body and mind to gradually slow down. Your journey continues in the pools, saunas and relaxation areas of the bathing area – altogether, 15 different sauna, water and relaxation experiences await.
