CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a treatment or a booking at the Silent Spa, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
For bookings cancelled within the required notice period, Hedon Spa reserves the right to retain 10% of the prepaid amount as a service fee when processing the refund.
In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
